Impact of AI on Jobs

Our View: AI brings an opportunity for us as well as a need to move fast (develop solutions based on AI). This will bring competitive edge and resulting growth will lead to employment. Our MSME sector has done wonderful job so far. Too much dependence on small firms (many of them are not prepared to pass stringent quality parameters and may face tough competition when economies of scale comes in picutre) may not give timely result on job creations and they may also get into fierce competition against big corporates equipped with AI tools!
