A taxi with a passenger in medical emergency, with speed limit of 80km/hour is not good.

Let a vehicle moves at a speed defined by traffic controller for a designated lane, stretch of the road.

If a truck occupies higher speed lane and not maintaining the applicable speed of said lane, gets penalized by forceful reduction of speed of said vehicle until he changes the lane.

A vehicle moving opposite to approved traffic flow, gets force speed reduction or force stop.

Hit & run cases, let the nearby traffic controller activates the rules and make force speed reduction of vehicles where the said vehicle moved after hit and run situation.
